Charrae Rogers

Charrae is an Area HR Recruitment Specialist at Sherwin Williams, where she manages Sherwin William’s Management and Sales Training Program and Management/Sales Internship Program in the Delaware, DC, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia areas. She graduated from Villanova University, with a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications in 2016. Charrae has held many Human Resources roles ranging from a HR generalist with Amazon in San Antonio, TX to recruiting top talent in the engineering and technology sectors for TE Connectivity.
