Charlotte Swiger

As the Sr. Diversity Outreach Specialist at West Virginia University, Charlotte is part of the dynamic and innovative Talent Strategy team. Her primary responsibilities are increasing awareness among diverse job seekers of the array of employment opportunities within the University and assisting them with the application process, as needed. Awareness is created through various outreach activities, events, and projects--with individuals as well as agencies and organizations. Other responsibilities include working with University employees relative to ADA return-to-work issues, providing limited career counseling services to University staff, etc. Her passion is working with people to help them identify, clarify, and develop pathways to gainful and fulfilling employment. In her current role within the Talent Strategy team, she is instrumental in assuring that WVU’s recruitment efforts are far-reaching into a diverse audience of talented and experienced job seekers.
